Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your stylish, affordable furniture. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns process works:

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:

  • The item must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, with all tags attached
  • The original packaging must be intact and used for return shipping
  • You must have your original order confirmation or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on these upholstered items unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Sofas
  • Sectionals
  • Loveseats
  • Chairs
  • Benches & Ottomans

Please inspect these items carefully upon delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  2. Wait for approval – our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
  3. Package your item securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship it back using the carrier we specify (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)
  5. Receive your refund or exchange once we process your return

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your item
  • Refund method: Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Delivery time: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • You’ll be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless the exchange is due to our error
  • If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
