Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all tags attached
- The original packaging must be intact and used for return shipping
- You must have your original order confirmation or receipt
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on upholstered items (sofas, sectionals, loveseats, chairs, benches & ottomans) unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect these items carefully upon delivery.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your item by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval – our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
- Package your item securely in the original packaging
- Ship it back using the carrier we specify (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)
- Receive your refund or exchange item once we process your return

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your item
- Refund method: Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Delivery time: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless the exchange is due to our error
- If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
